Who we are

About Vhouse Florist

Vhouse Florist is a flower shop in Westfield Miranda, in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire. Our florists make every order by hand in the shop: bouquets, flowers in vases, plants and gift pairings for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, get-well wishes and sympathy, plus flowers for weddings, events and offices.

We have one simple rule: we only send flowers we would be happy to receive ourselves.

How our florists make a bouquet

  1. Choose the flowers

    We read the occasion and card message first, then pick the freshest stems in the shop that day. If a flower is out of season, we choose a close match in the same colours and style.

  2. Arrange by hand

    Every stem is trimmed and given a drink before it is arranged. Then we build the shape and balance the colours so the bouquet looks generous from every side.

  3. Prepare for delivery

    Water, wrapping and your card message come last. The flowers then go out for delivery or wait at the counter for pick-up.

Where our flowers come from

Our bench follows the seasons, so what you see in the shop changes through the year. Some of our flowers come straight from growers who supply us, like the farms in these photos. We restock often and choose the freshest stems each week, rather than forcing the same bouquet all year.

Spring

Soft pastels, tulips, stock and early garden flowers.

Summer

Bright colours, sunflowers, hydrangeas and lisianthus.

Autumn

Warm tones, chrysanthemums and textured foliage.

Winter

Proteas, natives and deep, moody colours.

Is Vhouse Florist a real shop I can visit?

Yes. Our shop is inside Westfield Miranda and is open seven days; the address and directions are below. You can walk in, choose flowers with a florist, or pick up an online order in store.

Can I ask for a particular colour or flower?

Yes. Add a note to your order, or call 0449 839 999 before you order, and we will tell you what is in season. If a flower is unavailable, we match the colour and style as closely as we can.

Who delivers Vhouse flowers?

How do I keep my flowers fresh for longer?

Trim the stems on an angle, use a clean vase with fresh water, change the water every day or two, and keep the flowers away from heat, direct sun and fruit bowls.
