If you need to cancel, notify us at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the order value. Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with your flowers, contact us within 24 hours at 0449 839 999 with a photo and we will work to resolve it.
