I was truly impressed with Vhouse's professionalism and all the effort they went to, to please. From the online organisation to the delivery, everything was arranged perfectly with them. A member of the Vhouse Florist team contacted me to apologise for an error in the sizing of a 'grand' sympathy bouquet that I had ordered online. They very kindly offered to either resend the flower arrangement or provide a credit towards my next purchase.
